Bookings

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible if you have a specific date and time in mind. Most of our bookings are made couple months in advance. At times, we take last minute bookings if there's availability. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all bookings require a 50%  non refundable deposit in order to secure the date and time. 

How many people can you accommodate?

We can host an event for 2 guests up to 80 guests at this time. Contact us if you are planning to host a larger party size and we will let you know if we can accommodate. Email us at euphoricpicnic@gmail.com

What is the duration of the picnic? Can I book for an extended time?

Our picnic packages comes with 2 hours.  You can extend your booking for $50/ additional hour depending on availability. 

Do you offer tablescaping? 

Yes, we do. We can decorate the tables you provide us with. Contact us for details.


Rescheduling 

Can I reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling is an option if notice is given 7 days prior to the scheduled booking. We understand the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. Please provide a backup location in case of inclement weather. We can set up in a covered area or indoor if the weather is poor. 


Food and Drinks

Can I bring my own food?

Of course! We offer packages with or without food. You can always bring your own food and drinks.
